DESIGN & MARKETING
Patrick is a Los Angeles-based Art Director. His nationally televised set and graphic design work include Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, Food Network Star, and Cupcake Wars. He started homebrewing in 2003 while earning his BA at the University of Virginia. He keeps close ties with Central Virginia as a guest designer at UVA. Patrick received his MFA from Carnegie Mellon University in 2008.
BREWER & OPERATIONS
Mark cut his teeth as a brewer in the Northeast, working his way up to Director of Brewing Operations at Maine Beer Company. Mark approaches brewing as both art and science; specializing in recipe development, sensory panel management, and lab work. Mark earned his BA in US History from the UVA and has completed the Craftbrewer's Apprenticeship Program through the American Brewers Guild.
FINANCE & STRATEGY
Jeff is an economist by both training and trade, and has been a consultant specializing in applied microeconomics for more than a decade. He has been homebrewing since 2003 and travels the world in search of novel beers, wines, and spirits. Jeff holds a BS in Economics from Duke University an MA in Economics from George Mason University.
